People Helping People Business

Have you ever been accused of being a greedy person because you are involved in network marketing? I find this to be common amongst religious circles because there are a certain group of people, with a ‘Holier than Thou’ attitude who seem to proclaim that network marketing, the art of recruiting people and making money off their down lines is an inherently greedy, self-centered industry.

I seriously beg to differ. People, who claim that network marketers are greedy, are missing the point of the business. Network marketing is a brilliant industry not because of the income potential but because of the way the business model is built (as Robert Kiyosaki pointed out that MLM is his definition of a perfect business). » Read more: People Helping People Business

Can You Afford to Retire?

 In the good old days, when the Dow had five digits and your house was worth more than you paid for it, the goal was to retire rich. Today most Americans have a goal to be able retire. I just finished reading an article in “Times” magazine about retirement options. In the article they say, the average 401K account has a balance of $45,519. Imagine that to retire on $50 000. As fanny it is sounds, it is unfortunate that due the recession and our lack of planning, over the last year our retirement accounts drastically have been lowered. Even worse, 46% of all 401K accounts have less than $10 000.

The facts tells us if no action is taken a considerable number of Americans will face the prospect of a reduced stand of living in retirement or even no options at all to retire.
