Practice Every Day to Get Better

Martha Graham once said “Practice means to perform, over and over again in the face of all obstacles, some act of vision, of faith, of desire. Practice is a means of inviting the perfection desired.” It seems that everyone wants to find that magic formula how to become good with prospecting. The secret in prospecting is to practice. Simple like that. The more you will practice, the better you will become. Rest of it is only tools for you to get people in your funnel. People hope that by using the internet marketing or Facebook somehow you will be able to avoid prospecting, but in real life you will have to do prospecting, and if you are not good with it you will not survive in network marketing. So my advice for you is to that you develop the system and practices on daily basis because that is the fastest way for you to become successful in network marketing.

How to Sell Expensive MLM Products

You hear often network marketing critics make the claim that products sold by network marketing companies are overpriced compared to other similar products. This week I met with my friend who is a network marketer, and he asked me a question, how you build the business if your product is way too higher priced than average market price for similar products. The answer is easy, in a business world if your product is priced higher than average market price, your product would fail, consequently your business would fail, but due to mechanics of duplications and profit sharing in MLM business, if you have higher prized product, you have to lead with the business opportunity and you can still make a big business out of it. Actually if your product is higher priced you may have better duplication than in company with lower priced product, because most of the people who will sign up in your organization will attempt to build the business and duplicate your success.

Should you Lead With the Business Opportunity or Product

You hear very often a debate on how you should lead the business. There are high profile professionals who will tell you that you should always lead with an opportunity not with the product and vice versa. My short answer is; you should lead with the common sense. In my opinion there is no one way to build the business and you can become successful by building your business either way. It is more important to become a good listener, and be able to hear what is the value costumer is looking for. To do so, you should practice listening skills and hear exactly what the prospect is telling you. Combining these two skills, listening and providing value can rapidly grow your business and make you a successful network marketer. So, next time when you struggle with a question how to lead the business, listen and use your common sense.

Do Not Ruin Your Network Marketing Experience

Network Marketing lets ordinary people become self-employed consultants by marketing and selling the products/services of one company, and eventually enjoying passive income benefits. But the problem is that too many people even cannot make a single sale and drop out after three months. Why is that?

I think it is because the person jumped on the wrong opportunity and did not have any passion for the product/service. I believe that in most cases there was nothing wrong with the company, but the person did not have any interest in company’s product/service or truly did not believe in benefits what the company can provide. Before choosing which company is the best, a person needs to know what she or he hopes to get out of the business, and if that is a right opportunity. Second person need to ask if the product/service is extraordinary?

Sponsoring Successful People

The biggest mistake new network marketers make is that they are afraid to sponsor people who they think are better or more successful than them and they first go to the people with lower education, income, and success. We all know more than one very successful person, but we avoid approaching them at first or at all, even we know that if we can get these people in our team, we will do really well. In our mind we assume that they will not listen to what we have to say, and we will feel rejected.

But reality is that successful people will be the last ones who will judge you and your opportunity. In reality is that your broke friends are those who usually pretend that they know everything, and will tell you why you will not succeed, and why you should quit your business. Successful people are completely apposite. Because successful people look for opportunities and ways how to improve themselves, they will be very open to what you have to offer. If they will see that as a good fit, they will join you, if not they will honestly tell you that it is not a good fit. Here is the most important aspect of sponsoring up; it is the only way you can speed up your success in business. Imagine if you only sponsor people less capable than you and your team will follow you and do the same, what will your organization looks like? What type of people you get at your level 5 or 7?

The Past Does Not Equal The Future in MLM

Many people limit their activities based purely on past experiences. Because they had a bad experience, or someone they know failed in MLM, they till today try to avoid anything to do with network marketing. I can see that as a protective mechanism from future failure, and here the misconception begins. It is in our human nature to seek out patterns: patterns are a way for the mind to make sense of this world. But the mind plays many a trick with our conceptions. Yes, there are laws by which the world is governed and they do indeed stay the same, at least from our vantage point. The problem arises when we take it for granted that the future equals the past and base our decisions on that assumption. Assuming that this observation holds true gets the mind to make incorrect assessments and associations which make judgments, actions defensive rather than progressive.

It is Not About The Compensation Plan in MLM

Every network marketing company has a different compensation plan. Unfortunately, when people get excited about an opportunity or the potential of earning large bonuses, they fail to study the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s product or services. This often results in a struggling MLM career and many people quit due to complete frustration and being unable to make sales. Remember for an average person who you will approach about your opportunity, MLM comp plan will not make any sense, so it’s not the plan that will help you to recruit people, but your passion for your product, service or potential. Too many people look at the Network Marketing as a lottery ticket; they look for the right time, right plan or right leadership. While those all factors are important for your success, it will not make you successful in this industry if you will not be PASSIONATE about what you do. It is like working for a bad company with promised large salary which they do not pay. How long you will be motivated then? So may advise is that you look for the PASSION first, look for an opportunity that meters to people and can improve their lives. Passion for your company’s product and service will more likely make you successful. People who are chasing only money quit once they get exposed to too many rejections.

Beating the Dream Busters

When you have dreams, there will be people who discourage you by saying that your dream is too unrealistic there is no way you can achieve or even tell you that what you do is something wrong. In this blog post I will give you tools how to avoid these dream busters and turn even these people in your advantage. I highly encourage you to not allow ANYONE to steal your dream. All the good that improves quality of life is made possible by dreamers. These are people who withstood an onslaught of any dream busters and went on to achieve their dreams and more. Make sure you spend your time and focus on people who will lift you up, not pull you down. Life goes on, with or without you. No matter how badly things may appear, the sun comes up and sets without fail. Said differently, the universe is here to serve you when you are ready for it to do so.

Do Not Waste Your Success

I just finished watching Public Enemies movie. It is a great movie with some valuable lessons. The movie is about John Herbert Dillinger Jr. (June 22, 1903 – July 22, 1934). He was an American bank robber in the Midwest during the early 1930s. He was considered to be a dangerous criminal who was involved in the deaths of several police officers, robbed at least two dozen banks and four police stations, escaped from jail twice and was idolized by some as a modern-day Robin Hood. The lesson what I wanted to remind to everyone is this, when people do well they tend to party, when people do badly they tend to ponder. But when you do badly you most likely act from point of desperation and that is when you have very few options to choose from. So my advice is this; do not waste your success, if you do well then think how you can diversify and transform yourself so that you can become even more successful and not depend upon one source of success.

Do You Remember What Your Goals are for 2010?

Motivation is a characteristic that we all require in order to achieve anything in our lives. Without motivation, we would all simply give up at the slightest inclination of adversity. Motivation is the leader that inspires and encourages us to be our best. Someone who is motivated will do anything it takes to be successful in achieving their goals. Motivation can change your life by inspiring you to get everything you want out of life, no matter what other people try to tell you. But how to get motivated? How to get motivated to work on your goals? The answer is you should create an emotional attachment to your goals. You see I truly belive that action is created by emotion, and the best way to create the emotion is by developing story. You can write or record the story, but the key is to come back to this story on regular bases so that you can really associate the emotion with your goal. This is what will motivate you to succeed and stay on top of your goals.
