You hear often network marketing critics make the claim that products sold by network marketing companies are overpriced compared to other similar products. This week I met with my friend who is a network marketer, and he asked me a question, how you build the business if your product is way too higher priced than average market price for similar products. The answer is easy, in a business world if your product is priced higher than average market price, your product would fail, consequently your business would fail, but due to mechanics of duplications and profit sharing in MLM business, if you have higher prized product, you have to lead with the business opportunity and you can still make a big business out of it. Actually if your product is higher priced you may have better duplication than in company with lower priced product, because most of the people who will sign up in your organization will attempt to build the business and duplicate your success.
